Project
Broadgate Tower
Location
London
Client
British Land
Under a Construction Management contract at his previous firm Andrew led the planning, design, procurement, and delivery of the critical internal elements for two of British Land’s flagship developments, the 33-storey Broadgate Tower, named Best Tall Building Europe by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, and the 12-storey 201 Bishopsgate.
Working across three time zones; the UK, US (SOM Architects), and the site team in London Andrew built alignment, removed friction, and kept information flowing at pace to protect contract negotiations, maintain site progress, and deliver over 76,000 sqm of high-value commercial space.
He managed the simultaneous procurement of multiple multi-million-pound packages, defining scope, analysing returns, and leading negotiations to secure the right partners and control change effectively.
On a complex, live site in the heart of London’s financial district, Andrew coordinated internal and external trade contractors, driving safe, disciplined delivery while keeping a challenging programme on track.
This project demanded precision under pressure and delivered landmark results.
