Prior to founding Feat Factory, Andrew Link led the team at his previous firm supporting British Land with development and project management services, including contract administration, for the first phase of the Canada Water Masterplan — Dockside Quarter.
Within this phase was the Dock Shed a six-storey, 180,000 sq ft of commercial office designed by Allies and Morrison and constructed by Mace. The building features 5 floors of commercial space with a distinctive saw-tooth steel roof referencing the area’s industrial heritage. The building includes expansive terraces of 4 of the 5 floors overlooking Canada Dock and has achieved BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 4.5* ratings.
Located within the Dock Shed’s lower levels is a new Leisure Centre for Southwark Council which includes impressive eight-lane swimming pool, sports hall, gym, and yoga studios—supporting community health and wellness.
