Andrew Link BSc (Hons), MCIOB, founded Feat Factory to raise the bar in project management and development management support across the real estate sector. He brings a rare combination of high-performance insight from his work transforming Olympic sport in addition to 25 years of real estate industry experience.

For the last decade, Andrew has led development and project management consultancies, delivering complex, high-impact projects across the UK. Before launching Feat Factory, he was a Director of Project Management at one of the UK’s top three firms, as ranked by Building magazine. Prior to that, he held board-level roles at two respected consultancies — including one named ‘Consultancy of the Year’ by Construction News.

Widely regarded across the London and UK markets, Andrew is known for his ability — and that of his teams — to successfully lead projects of varying scale and complexity. He combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, fostering team growth and driving operational excellence. His approach consistently delivers step changes in practice, raises performance standards, and creates long-term value for clients.

Andrew’s project portfolio spans major regeneration schemes such as British Land’s Canada Water development and Vastint’s Sugar House Island, alongside unique heritage work like the award-winning refurbishment of the Royal Academy of Music, which on its successful completion was named the RIBA London Building of the Year in 2018.

In addition to his project and consultancy leadership, Andrew has held influential roles with industry bodies including the Construction Industry Council, the Considerate Constructors Scheme, the HM Government BIM Task Group, and the Green Construction Board.

Between 2005 and 2021, Andrew played a pivotal role in transforming two Olympic sports — taekwondo and climbing — through both paid and voluntary leadership positions. He also held senior operational roles at the world’s greatest sporting events, serving as a Competition Manager for the London 2012 Summer Olympics and as a Deputy Competition Manager at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

Andrew remains passionate about the transformative power of sport and physical activity — both for individuals and society. Nearly a decade ago, he founded the Property Sports Network to promote fitness, health, and wellbeing within the property sector. Now the industry’s leading organisation for sports and wellness events, the network has grown to over 5,000 individual members — 40% of whom are women — representing more than 2,000 businesses. With a focus on fun and inclusivity, the network delivers events across the UK and has raised significant funds for a range of charities.
