Feat Factory at CN RE:NEW Conference 2025

Feat Factory at CN RE:NEW Conference 2025

Feat Factory was proud to attend the CN RE:NEW – Retrofit in Focus conference in London this week, joining leaders from across the real estate, construction, public sector and finance communities to explore the future of retrofit in the UK.

With existing buildings contributing almost 40% of national carbon emissions, the conference reinforced the urgent need for scalable retrofit strategies across both commercial and residential sectors. Sessions explored UK performance metrics, funding models, regulatory pressures, and the operational realities of delivering retrofit at pace and at scale.

For Feat Factory, these conversations strongly align with our mission to support ambitious developers and property owners through governance, operational improvement, and high-performance project leadership. Key themes such as risk management, lifecycle planning, procurement models, culture change, and supply-chain coordination reflect the challenges we help clients overcome every day.

Our presence at the conference provided an excellent opportunity to connect with peers, deepen sector insight, and engage in discussions about how transformational leadership and operational excellence can accelerate retrofit delivery.

We look forward to building on the conversations started at CN RE:NEW and supporting clients as they navigate the transition to more sustainable, resilient and high-performing assets.
