Feat Factory is delighted to have supported Padel Social Club, one of the UK’s most ambitious premium padel operators, in delivering its latest venue in central London.

Located at 5 Kingdom Street, within British Land’s Paddington Central campus, the project has transformed an underutilised part of the campus into a vibrant sport, hospitality and social destination. The new club comprises two covered and two outdoor padel courts, together with a clubhouse, reception and retail space.

Feat Factory provided Development support and Project Management leadership helping Padel Social Club progress from pre-planning to opening.
