As one of the UK's leading forums for real estate, regeneration and infrastructure, UKREiiF once again provided an invaluable opportunity to engage with clients, partners, industry leaders and policymakers on the challenges and opportunities shaping the built environment.

A Sector Focused on Delivery

A recurring theme throughout this year's programme was the transition from ambition to execution.

Across discussions on housing delivery, regeneration, infrastructure investment and place-making, there was widespread recognition that achieving meaningful progress will require strong leadership, collaborative partnerships and a relentless focus on delivery.

While economic and political challenges remain, the overall mood at UKREiiF was one of optimism. The sector continues to demonstrate resilience and a willingness to embrace new approaches in order to unlock development and deliver lasting value for communities.

The Value of Connection Through Activity

A highlight of the week was once again our founder, Andrew Link, supporting and hosting the popular UKREiiF morning runs.

In partnership with Building Relations PR these events bought up to 95 people together each day through physical activity before the start of each day provided an opportunity to build relationships in a different environment, encouraging open conversations, knowledge sharing and meaningful connections.

Looking Ahead

UKREiiF 2026 also reinforced our belief that the real estate sector is entering a period where delivery capability will be increasingly critical.

Organisations that combine ambition with strong leadership, effective collaboration and disciplined execution will be best placed to succeed.
