From Planning Approval to Opening in Just Over Three Months

Feat Factory is delighted to have supported Padel Social Club, one of the UK’s leading premium padel operators, in delivering its latest venue in central London.

Padel Social Club’s concept extends beyond the courts, creating vibrant destinations that combine sport, community, hospitality and lifestyle experiences while capitalising on the rapid global growth of padel.

Located in the heart of British Land’s Paddington Central campus, the new club comprises two covered courts, two outdoor courts, and a dedicated bar and clubhouse for members and guests to enjoy between matches. Its Zone 1 location makes it one of London’s most centrally located padel venues.

Feat Factory provided development and project management support throughout the delivery of the scheme, helping Padel Social Club take the project from planning approval to opening in just over three months.

The venue is Padel Social Club’s second operational site and has transformed an underused part of the Paddington Central campus into an active, welcoming destination that adds energy, amenity and social value to the wider estate.
