Feat Factory CEO Takes 1st Place in Fastest CEO Challenge at Race for LandAid.

In a display of pace, performance, and perseverance under scorching 30+ degree heat, Feat Factory’s CEO, Andrew Link, crossed the finish line to take 1st place in the coveted 10k Fastest CEO Challenge at this year’s Race for LandAid.

Held at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on 19 June, the event united hundreds from across the property industry and has raised nearly £100,000 to support LandAid’s mission to end youth homelessness.

Participants braved the extreme heat, which added a demanding layer to an already high-energy afternoon. Despite the punishing conditions, the atmosphere remained upbeat, united by a shared sense of purpose and community spirit.

Reflecting on the day, Andrew Link said:

“It was an incredible day for a truly important cause. Winning the Fastest CEO Challenge was unexpected—but what really stood out was the grit and determination from everyone out there, especially in that heat. Every single person who turned up gave an amazing feat of effort, and I’m proud to have been part of it.

I wanted to show up and perform in a way that reflected the values we live by at Feat Factory—resilience, impact, and excellence, taking a trophy home is an added benefit”.

Feat Factory combines high-performance sport philosophy with deep property expertise. This achievement is a fitting demonstration of the company’s core belief: that the mindset and preparation you bring to a challenge—whether on a track or in a complex project—can deliver extraordinary results.
