Feat Factory Makes Impact at UKREiiF 2025

Our CEO, Andrew Link, and Director, Neil Doherty, had a successful few days at the UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) 2025, held from May 20–22 in Leeds.
Bringing together over 16,000 professionals from across the built environment, UKREiiF was the perfect platform for engaging with investors, developers, local authorities, and policymakers. Following the successful launch of Feat Factory the week prior, Andrew and Neil met with a wide range of stakeholders to introduce the new business. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and we were pleased to have many productive meetings that helped establish new partnerships and strengthen our network.
Andrew and Neil enjoyed both the main conference content and several engaging fringe events. Among the themes most aligned with Feat Factory’s mission were:
Decarbonising the Built Environment – with a focus on retrofitting, renewable energy integration, and the use of low-carbon materials to achieve net zero.
Social Value and EDI – highlighting the need to design inclusive, accessible spaces and measure the wider impact of development on communities.
Planning Reform – with much discussion around the need for regulatory changes and resourcing to enable future growth.
Overall, UKREiiF 2025 reinforced the importance of cross-sector collaboration to drive sustainable, inclusive, and transformative investment across the UK.
As in previous years, our CEO also led early morning networking runs across all three days of the event. This year, we were delighted to partner with Cratus Group, Latimer by Clarion Housing Group, and global sports brand HOKA to get over 220 people up and active before a busy day of meetings. The runs continue to grow in popularity and are a great example of our commitment to promoting wellness in the property sector.
