Record breaking at the JLL Property Triathlon

Record breaking at the JLL Property Triathlon

On Friday June 26th Feat Factory’s CEO, Andrew Link, managed the Property Sports Network mixed relay teams to a record 1st and 3rd place finish at the JLL Property Triathlon at Eton Dorney.

Feat Factory was proud to support the Property Sports Network at the JLL Triathlon as they stepped up to deliver bold, purpose-fuelled performances.

The ambition? To help our partners achieve the extraordinary -  to top the leaderboard.

We entered two mixed relay teams with a shared goal, and the results speak volumes.

Out of 270 mixed relay teams, our teams placed 1st and 3rd, the first time in the event’s 14-year history that two teams from the same organisation have broken into the Top 3.

Even more impressively, Team 1 set a new mixed relay course record, crossing the line in 01:00:59, smashing the previous record by over two and a half minutes. It’s a powerful example of what happens when talent and preparation come together in the right environment.

New Course Record Holders: Swim: Rosa Day of E3P – 13:19 (middle in photo), Bike: James Mapley of Devonshires – 29:58 (right in photo), Run: Peter Huck of Kroll – 16:14 (left in photo)

Finishing in 01:08:00, Team 2 of Swim: Kate Fargus, KFDT – 15:33, Bike: Joe Palmer, Right of Light Consulting – 33:40, Run: Matt Grant, Anstey Horne – 17:04 secured a commanding 3rd place, showing grit and determination right to the line.

Across all 448 relay teams, male, female, and mixed, our teams finished 2nd and 7th overall. A phenomenal outcome and a testament to the strength of collaboration and high-performance culture within our partners.

Reflecting on the day, Feat Factory CEO Andrew Link said:

“It was an honour and privilege to work with these incredible athletes as they pursued an ambitious goal.
This is what we do at Feat Factory, we believe in having high expectations of our teams, and ourselves.
We create high-performance environments that bring out the best in our partners. We deliver it on complex real estate projects, and in this case, on the track.”
