Set within a predominantly residential environment, this 30MW, 200,000 sq ft BREEAM Excellent data centre was subject to tight acoustic and environmental planning constraints due to it's residential location demanding exceptional technical and stakeholder coordination.

Neil led the project management and employer’s agent functions, guiding design and delivery to balance performance, compliance, and community impact. The site accommodates six data halls with the flexibility to expand capacity to 49MW through an innovative hybrid L2L cooling design.

Through disciplined programme leadership and collaborative stakeholder management, Neil ensured technical excellence and regulatory integrity on one of the UK’s most complex large-scale data infrastructure projects.
