Prior to founding Feat Factory, Andrew Link led the team at his previous firm in providing development and project management services to British Land, including contract administration, for the first phase of the Canada Water Masterplan — Dockside Quarter.

The Masterplan encompasses approximately 2,700 new homes, with 35% designated as affordable housing. Designed with sustainability at its core, all homes are fully electric, supporting British Land’s commitment to achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2030.

A key component of this first phase is The Founding — the first open-market residential building delivered under the Masterplan. Designed by Allies and Morrison with interiors by Conran and Partners and constructed by Wates, this 35-storey tower will provide 186 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, each featuring a private balcony.
